Keep your Kids Fit
Exercise now is a very important part of today’s school life, with children glued to their phones and consoles trying to keep them active is important.

Years gone By: Did you know?
1. May Day was the time for Maypole dancing. In 1891, children from St Mary’s School, in Suffolk, danced round their Maypole in front of 10,000 spectators.
2. School children in Brighton were taught to swim on the beach by a local life-saver.
The local newspaper reported these swimming lessons had saved many people from drowning!
