Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. Items returned after this period will only be considered for a refund at our sole discretion and may be subject to a restocking or handling fee.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Items must be returned to us, not the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed minus the original postage cost, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
If your return is received more than 30 days after delivery, and we choose to process a refund, a deduction may be applied to reflect the diminished value or inconvenience caused by the delayed return.
Returns received significantly after the 30-day window may be eligible for a partial refund only, to account for the delay and additional handling required.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on like-for-like items. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, but we will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return items. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
